With almost 2700 home inspections i ve seen maybe 5 houses with them installed. As the rain comes off your roof rainhandler s seven angled louvers break up the heavy sheet of water into small drops. In a one inch per hour deluge rainhandler will deliver a four foot wide swath of droplets to shrubs and lawn beyond the eaves. I think the rainhandler will work well for you for this application.
I really hate gutters. White fascia mounted aluminum water dispersal gutter edge extension with screws 5 pack. The next project to try and polish this turd into a home is to deal with my run off. Rainhandler does nothing to solve this proboem go with true gutters with or without gutter guards or screening as you prefer with downspouts preferably one at each end of each gutter if that is possible that direct the runoff water into troughs pipes or swales that move the runoff at least 6 and preferably 10 or more feet from the house and to an area where it will not flow back toward the house.
Currently on the front of my house i have no gutter on my porch where the rain runs off and makes a trench in my planter and a gutter on the side that runs across the walkway making mud and ice.
