Carpet padding must be 10 ft x 10 ft or larger with no visible stains or animal smells. Vehicles we are now accepting donations of vehicles in all conditions. For sanitary reasons and capacity reasons goodwill is not equipped to handle old wall to wall carpet or carpet padding. The carpet must be in good used condition or better to qualify for a tax deduction.
